For almost everything, yes — 192 kbps is around the point where most listeners stop hearing a difference on phone speakers, earbuds or car audio. It also matters what the source holds: Reddit streams its audio at roughly 128–160 kbps, so encoding to a larger number would only inflate the file with detail that was never in the original.

On Android it lands in the Downloads folder and appears in the Files app; most music players pick it up after a library rescan. On iPhone, Safari saves it to Files → Downloads, from where you can move it into the Music app or any player that reads local files.

The usual causes are a private or deleted post, a region-locked video, or a link copied from an app that points at a profile instead of a single Reddit post. Open the post itself, copy the link again and retry — if it plays for a logged-out visitor, it converts.
