Open the clip on Twitch and copy the URL from your browser's address bar — it will look like twitch.tv/channelname/clip/ClipSlug. Paste the URL into the field above and click Download. The clip will be saved as an MP4 file.

Go to the streamer's channel on Twitch and click the Videos tab. Find the VOD you want to save and click on it to open it. The URL in your browser will look like twitch.tv/videos/1234567890. Copy that URL and paste it here.

Yes, full VODs are supported. After processing, even long VODs will be packaged as a downloadable MP4 file. Note that very long streams (4+ hours) may take several minutes to process — wait for the status to show Completed before the download link appears.

Yes! Highlights are permanently saved VOD segments on a streamer's channel page. They are treated the same as regular VODs by our downloader. Find the Highlight, copy its URL, and paste it here to download.

We download the best available quality from Twitch — for clips this is usually 1080p or 720p depending on stream settings. For VODs, the maximum recorded quality is used. Partnered Twitch streamers typically broadcast at 1080p/60fps.

Only clips currently accessible on Twitch can be downloaded. If a channel was banned or the streamer deleted their VODs, those files no longer exist on Twitch's servers and cannot be retrieved. Clips from banned channels may still be accessible if they were created before the ban.

No, VODs are only created after a stream ends and either the streamer saves it or Twitch auto-archives it. Live streams cannot be downloaded in real time through this tool. Wait until the stream ends and the VOD appears in the channel's Videos tab.
